Report by Janis Zakis - BTSC webmaster Sunday the 18th saw temperatures hit 30 degrees making for a seriously hot Founders Day at Stanford Hall, Leicestershire.
As Stanford Hall is fairly local to the Zakis residence the old boy and I decided to risk riding the two James' to take in the show. With the other half on stand-by with the trailer, we made an early start to avoid the worst of the heat. Remarkably enough, we made it without incident, and after parking the bikes at the East Northants Classic Motorcycle Club Stand (thank you!), we wandered off to take in the sights. The theme this year was 100 Years of Moto Guzzi but there was plenty to see for the two stroke fan too. Here are a selection of some of our favourites. BTW - we got home safely too, without calling out the rescue service :) Comments are closed.
